I am a new business and make, package, and process everything myself. Each item is handmade and unique, so there will be variances between what you see here and what you receive. Thus is the nature of art! That said, please reach out if you have any issues with your order, and I am happy to find a solution.

Shipping available within the USA and Canada.

Spring Onion will not assume responsibility for, or refund, delayed, lost, or stolen packages.  This includes missing packages left on doorsteps.  Please contact your post office if your package does not arrive or is missing.

If a package is returned, customer must pay for reshipping.

If an item arrives damaged, please take photos of it as well as the packaging!

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.
